heutige Dienst war mal wieder etwas ganz besonderes, da wir durch das Geburtstagsgeschenk eines Kameraden die M\u00f6glichkeit hatten an einem Bootcamp bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.randybuelau.de\">Randy B\u00fclau<\/a> teilzunehmen.<br> Als wir von dieser M\u00f6glichkeit erfuhren wurde nicht lange gez\u00f6gert und im Handumdrehen hatten wir 16 Kameraden und Kameradinnen zusammen die mit nach Bliedersdorf wollten.<br>Nach einer kurzen Aufw\u00e4rmphase ging es -zumindest f\u00fcr uns- ans Eingemachte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"352\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 352;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/feuerwehr-ottensen.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Video-2019-06-12-at-12.39.33.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Randy hat uns einige wirklich kr\u00e4ftezehrende Aufgaben aufgeb\u00fcrdet, die es in vorgegebenen Zeitintervallen abzuleisten galt. <br>Als Abschluss\u00fcbung nach der Sportstunde gab es ein wie uns schien beliebtes Spiel unserer Trainerin \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Schlussendlich kann man sagen das wir jede Menge Spa\u00df in der Gruppe hatten und man mal wieder gesehen hat wo Defizite in der sportlichen Fitness vorhanden sind. Wir sagen nochmal vielen Dank an Randy B\u00fclau f\u00fcr das tolle Programm und uns mit so ansteckendem Elan zu trainieren.
